We had another AMAZING time at Sparks Coffee Shop! This is one of my go-to breakfast/brunch places. At peak times, for example later in the mornings on the weekend, it will be busy, but it is definitely worth the wait. The restaurant is always clean even when it's busy. The service here is amazing. We were constantly checked on, helped, offered boxes, etc. Everyone seems like one big team, we had multiple employees wait on us, and they were all efficient and friendly. This time we had the Blood Mary and Fresca Mimosa, and they were both great. The Bloody Mary was SO good! You could tell it is homemade, no mixer at all. It was delicious, savory, had a nice amount of pepper, and had a kick. I ordered the Mirna's sandwich again (it is too good), and we also decided to try the Ultimate Burger as well. The Ultimate burger was HUGE! My fiancé loved it. Mirna's sandwich was perfect like usual. The fries were hot, crispy, and they gave us a lot. We had leftovers to take home! You cannot go wrong with any item on their menu.

I have been to Spark Coffee shop several times and have never had a bad experience. The food is always amazing and even when the cafe is busy, the staff is friendly and attentive. At this visit , I had the Cinnamon Roll French toast and the serving size was huge. I had enough to take some home for breakfast the next day. Amazingly enough, the leftovers were as good as they were the first day. My friend ordered the Chilaquiles with Carne Asada and the serving size was very generous. She tried the red and green sauce. The waitress warned her the green sauce could be spicy and it was. But if you like spicy, it tasted incredible. I will definitely be returning here. The food, the staff, and the ambiance is very warm and inviting.

One of our favorite breakfast spots in town. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The chilaquiles with green sauce is our favorite. The asada is always cooked well and is quality meat. You don't run into any gristle or a bunch of fat, which is a plus. The servings are huge and you can tell everything is made to order. It gets really crowded, so be prepared to wait prior to sitting. If you call in for take out, you may or may not be able to get through. Their phone seems to have less priority, which is understandable considering how busy it gets. Prices are a bit high, but the food is worth it.

This place was so great! The best breakfast we've had in sparks. Everything we had was amazing. Shout out to the owners who we found out are also the cooks. The place was super clean, and the service was extremely fast. We had our breakfast within 15 minutes for a table of five. Our server was so nice. He asked each one of us how our food was. I ordered a steak burrito, my daughters ordered French toast and my husband had chorizo with biscuits and gravy. The French toast was a 10/10. We got the special French toast covered in cereal, and it was the best French toast we've ever had. Would definitely recommend this place!

A friend recommended and we were pleased ! First time but will definitely be back. Felt welcomed and service was great ! Server, busser and all wait staff very attentive and they all seemed happy to be working there (which speaks volumes). We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the mimosas were tasty as well. It was a busy little Resturant and you could hear conversations at each table but you could feel the positive energy throughout. Happy customers and happy employees ! Good food, good friends, good times.

Crispy, fluffy, savory, buttery, smooth, sweet, salty, clean, polite.....all words going through my head when trying out Sparks coffee for the first time. My wife and I woke up WAY too early because our cat decided to turn into a tweaker at 5am, and woke us both up. So much for sleeping in. We decided we might as well get up and catch a early breakfast. After talking to one of her friends about a new place to try, they recommended Sparks Coffee. DUDE. Go here. Try this place, please. Best breakfast food I've had in YEARS. My wife got a California omelet. I got a pancake breakfast with two Bacon strips and a couple over easy eggs. Had to get a side of biscuits and gravy too. Cutting into the pancakes I noticed very quickly they bounced under the fork, with crispy edges that snapped a little bit. These things were absolutely perfect. Fluffy fluffy fluffy, crispy edges, tasted great. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The Bacon tasted great, BUT, I liked mine a little bit more crispy. These were a bit saggy. Not uncooked, but limp. I recommend asking for it crispy, but honestly I'm nitpickin. It was great. The biscuits and gravy was AMAZING. Gravy tasted great, wonderfully seasoned and smooth, with chunks of sausage. The biscuit was just as fluffy as the pancakes, with a nice buttery flavor. Not dense at all. My wife got a omelet that was so huge, they had to cut it in half and stack it on itself. The got hash Browns with it, as well, and were crispy with a Capitol C. Everything was seasoned well, everything had wonderful textures. Even the coffee tasted wonderful, served in a huge coffee cup, served with a HUGE bowl of creamer and a WHOLE CARAFE OF COFFEE on the side, lol. Thebtaff were polite and attentive. The bathrooms were clean and well lit. They had a bar section as well. A large place with room for any size group. I will definitely go back and see what else they have. 5 out of 5.

I had an amazing breakfast at Sparks Coffee Shop! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with generous portions. I tried the Country sausage patty & eggs breakfast with hash browns, and it was perfectly cooked just right and seasoned to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The cozy atmosphere added to the experience, and despite the place being busy, the service was quick. Whether you're a local or just passing through Reno, this place is a must try for a great breakfast experience. Highly recommend!

What a great find! We were immediately seated in this nice large and comfortable restaurant. I ordered the Florentine Omelette with jalapeños. My wife ordered two eggs and hash browns. Incredibly the food came out within minutes. It almost seemed like it was already made and just waiting for us to order. Pablo was our waiter and really did a fantastic service! The huge plate of food was super delicious and amazing. I could only eat half so as with our family tradition, we will give the leftovers to a homeless person. I definitely bookmarked this for return!
